Our equipment is designed to be mounted on microlights and helicopters and to spray liquid chemicals . The operation speed is 0-140 km/h

	the spraying set incorporates the main pump (1), stir pump(4), hoses (2) with sprayers (3), control unit (6), filters (7),(8), intake tap (5), connecting pipes. -the main pump is a rotary pump with electric drive unit. The control pushbutton could be easily mounted on the control stick of microlight airplane or trike. All the details of the main pump have protective multilayer covering.

	- Beams are made of thing-walled stainless steel pipes.( D 25*1 mm). The beams span for trikes is 6m (2*3m); for airplanes the beam span is 8m. (2*4). Beams have 20 sprayers in trike performance and 28 ones in airplane performance. Beams also have and special end-caps that allow easily to wash out the system. The air from the system is also removed from open end-caps.
	- Each sprayer incorporates the cut-off vale adjusted for 10*6 Pa, the filter, and the removable jet with flat body of the liquid sprayed. The quick removable cap of the sprayer provides easy jet and filter replacement The system pressure is controlled by the manometer. The working liquid is cut-off simultaneously in all the sprayers after the main pump is switched off.
	For the reliable performance of sprayers the three-stage filtering system is designed. It incorporates the coarser filter (7), the secondary filter (8), and the individual filter in each sprayer. All the filters are quick-changeable. Six interchangeable tips are needed to provide 2-10 litre/hectare range of runoff. The ultimate length of beams with 30 sprayers is 9360mm; sectional beams could also be installed. The electric main and stir pumps drive provides the possibility to use the system in cases of need that consequently increases the life-span and reliability of the equipment

The current of 46A and 12V is needed for the normal equipment operation. We strongly recommend to use (BOSH KC-14V 40-65A) generator or the similar 14V one with normal current of 65A. Drawings of the above mentioned generator installation on the engines HIRT 2706, ROTAX 582, SUBARU E81 and E82 are available.
